Tuna fish has high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to reduce the level of omega-6 fatty acids and LDL cholesterol in our body.

The striped bass, also known as Atlantic striped bass fish, this fish found on the Atlantic coast of North America. It is a good source of selenium and omega-3 fatty acids. It contains vitamin B-12, iron that helps us to make functional hemoglobin in our body.
